Welcome to the New DRM Cafe Howrah digital ordering platform. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. General Usage

This platform is strictly intended for use by the authorized staff, officials, and registered guests of the Howrah Railway Division. Unauthorized access or misuse of the platform may result in immediate suspension of the account.

2. Ordering and Cancellation

• Orders must be placed within the designated ordering windows.
• Once an order status changes to "Preparing", it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
• The canteen reserves the right to cancel orders in case of unavailability of ingredients. In such cases, full refunds will be processed.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely via our payment gateway partners. In the event of a payment failure where the amount is deducted but the order is not placed, the amount will be automatically refunded within 5-7 business days.

4. Food Pickup

Users must present their digital order confirmation/QR code at the collection counter. Food must be collected within 30 minutes of the selected time slot.

5. Disclaimer

While we strive to provide the best quality food, New DRM Cafe is not liable for any adverse reactions or health issues arising from food consumption. Users with severe allergies must notify the staff explicitly.
